Are you passionate about guiding and inspiring young minds in their faith journey? Linked UP Church, located in a welcoming suburb of Atlanta, GA, seeks a dedicated Youth Minister to lead and nurture our youth ministry.
Position Overview:
As our Youth Minister, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic youth ministry program. You will work closely with our youth and their families, fostering spiritual growth, organizing engaging activities, and guiding Christian teachings. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the faith journey of our young members and empowering them to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging youth programs, including weekly gatherings, retreats, and special events.
- Build meaningful relationships with youth and their families, providing spiritual guidance and support.
- Equip and empower youth to grow in their relationship with Christ through teaching, discipleship, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to create a unified vision for youth ministry that aligns with Linked UP Church's overall mission.
- Develop programs that enhance growth, development, success, and effectiveness in school, community, athletics, arts, and home.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor, demonstrating Christ-like behavior and values.
Qualifications:
- Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian values and teachings.
- Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred, but Ministerial Training a must.
- At least 2 years experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families effectively.
- A heart for youth ministry and a passion for helping young people grow spiritually.

The Pastors have served in Ministry for over 21 years.
