The Director of Children and Youth Ministries functions as the administrative head of all children and youth ministries from nursery age through 12th grade. Working under the Board of Elders, with consultation from the Board of Christian Education, and while overseeing volunteers, his primary responsibility is to provide vision and direction for all children and youth-related ministries. He shall serve as the primary mover in assuring that all plans and programs are being correctly and effectively implemented. He will work directly with the youth aged groups (grades 5-12), while maintaining oversight and direction for the younger children’s (nursery age-4th grade) programs and their volunteers.
