Job Type: Full-Time
Employee Workplace: On-site
Job Description:

By God's amazing grace, the Orchard has been recognized as one of the fastest growing churches in the nation for the last 5 years. We are a contemporary, dynamic, outward driven, Christ-focused, conservative, Bible-teaching church full of loving, amazing people (I know that doesn't go together too often! lol). We are looking for a full-time pastor to oversee our preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school directors and pastors. This man will disciple and lead the leaders of the minsitries to promote unity, consistency, and continuity of programming, staffing, inreach, and outreach as the Gospel is presented to each age-appropriate group. Our children and student ministries are exploding and we want to join God in reaching and teaching the current and future generations of the church.

Our goal is by the time an infant has graduated from high school they will have understood the Gospel, what it means to be a Christian, and how to use their lives to glorify God by serving Him with their time, talents, and treasure. We do this through e3 which is: engage with love (evangelism), equip with truth (discipleship), and empower with faith (ministry).

Murrieta, Temecula, and Menifee are some of the best places to live and raise a family. Close to the beach, mountains, desert, fishing and sports. Come join the miracle of God and our amazing team at the Orchard!
