Job Description:

In search of hard-working cashiers at a popular miniature golf course in downtown Chicago for the months of April 20 to October 28

Operating hours are 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM 7 days a week.

Morning shifts are from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM - close (typically out by 9:30)

 

Pay: $13.00 / hour plus tips (with regular raises)

Employees are responsible for:

    •    providing excellent customer service to all paying customers, as well as any visitors to the park needing questions answered
    •    keeping the golf course in beautiful condition (removing debris, reporting damage in a timely manner, organizing putters and balls)
    •    maintaining all supplies fully stocked each day
    •    selling commemorative merchandise (golf balls, shirts, water bottles, etc.)
    •    making sure sales reports are accurate at all times
    •    selling admission tickets and making season passes on site (when bought)
    •    showing up on time each shift and reporting any issues in a timely manner to owner


Ideal candidates are:
    •    possess excellent time management
    •    are comfortable with cash handling
    •    have open availability during weekdays as well as weekends / holidays
    •    are not afraid interacting with the public
    •    have had experience as a cashier or in a customer service position in the past
    •    are comfortable using public transportation (driving to the work site is not recommended)
    •    enjoy working outdoors during the summer months
    •    live in the Chicago city limits
