- Responsible for the safety of all children in the group ranging in age from 2 to 4 years old
- Plan and implement activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of all children
- Maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards
- Actively engaged with the children at all times while serving as a role model through appearance and actions
- Provide a loving and nurturing environment for all children
- Follow lesson plans to as outlined in the Abeka & Association of Chriatian Schools International Curriculums
- Maintain an environment (both indoors and outdoors) that is safe, clean, and inviting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain required
- Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience or be willing to complete the necessary state requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be a team player and wiling to work a flexible schedule
- Must have a vibrant relationship with God through Jesus Christ active membership and regular attendance in a local church
