This is a full-time position located in Atlanta which reports directly to Dr. Timothy Quinnan, Richmont Graduate University's dynamic new President who assumed office in August of 2017 (https://www.richmont.edu/about/leadership/president-timothy-quinnan-ph-d/). In this vital role, the Director of Development and Donor Relations will co-create and take the lead in operationalizing a comprehensive development strategy for Richmont Graduate University. A critical part of the job will be identifying as well as engaging individual and corporate donors. The Director of Development and Donor Relations will focus on advancing the mission of the University by assessing current resource needs and targeting future growth opportunities. He or she will manage a small development team, which will expand as new fund-raising milestones are reached. This individual must demonstrate initiative, combine vision with practical experience, and thrive working independently as well as on a team. A track record of both increasing responsibilities as well as measurable successes is essential.
