The Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida and the Board of Directors of the Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center are seeking an Executive Director for the Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center, a 48-acre sacred space comprised of meeting, dining,
lodging, worship and rest-focused areas on Lake Gem in Oviedo, Florida. The qualified candidate for the position of Executive Director will be person of unassailable personal integrity, a committed leader, an effective fund raiser, an innovator and a visionary,
a person grounded in his or her own faith who is sensitive to diverse cultures and beliefs, an effective communicator, a good listener and a person with business acumen. For the first time in its 36-year history, Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center is
embarking on a full-scale master strategic visioning, requiring an Executive Director who will be able to help Canterbury evolve its ministry and mission during this transformative time. The salary and benefits for the position are negotiable with salary range
