West Ridge Church in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is located 90 miles east of Minneapolis and is part of a larger metropolitan area of 120,000 people. Our church's Mission Statement is "CONNECTING PEOPLE TO GOD" and the ministry purposes that guide our community of faith are "Connecting to Jesus" (Prayer/Worship), "Connecting to One Another" (Life Groups), and "Connecting to Community" (Ministry/Vocation). The Worship Pastor we are seeking must be racially aware and able to relate effectively to people of different cultures and ethnicities as our vision includes growing and expanding beyond our present cultural and ethnic diversity.
