Candidate will assist the Executive Producer with various functions in the production of a daily christian television program while independently supervising various stages of the production process. Produces various web programs, and television specials, Facebook Live segments, including research, design, taping, and editing. Independently manages the Ministries You Tube channel account. The Associate Producer will be responsible for preparation and scheduling of television tapings while making independent decisions related to content, including topic, format, spots, and specialty programing. Floor director for TV production; giving one-on-one direction to key personalities in a professional manner, during live taping in the television studio. In addition, this candidate will conduct quality control of service tapes, programs and product masters to ensure doctrine and content is spiritually in line with the ministry’s vision; includes viewing tapes to segment into appropriate times for editing purposes.
Education and or experience: Bachelors in Communication or Film or equivalent work experience in television/film production. Candidate should have 2 years related experience working in television/film production at various levels. This is an exempt full-time (incl some Sundays) earning a salary of $40,000 - $45,000/year plus benefits package.
