These insights and innovations were used to develop high impact leaders throughout the ministry and the church. These innovations and leadership developments have literally changed the spiritual landscape of America.

Through its various programs and research, it has helped foster innovation movements that continue to shape the landscape of American congregations and beyond. About the Location:

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

The ultra-modern and sophisticated Dallas metroplex attracts worldwide travelers, making it the #1 visitor and leisure destination in Texas. Throughout the city, one will enjoy the best shopping in the southwest, four-and five-diamond/star hotels and restaurants, the largest urban arts district in the nation, fourteen entertainment districts, and much more.

Its pioneering spirit is alive and well, and the philanthropic contributions from its many residents continue to enrich the community and quality of life. It is the ninth-largest city and part of the fourth-largest metropolitan area in the nation. A majority of this highly diversified city is comprised of Hispanics (41%), Caucasian (29.5%), African-American (24%), Asian, and multiple other races and ethnicities. The city is home to notable school districts and nationally prominent universities such as Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS), and Dallas Baptist University (DBU). The city also has an incredibly thriving business community with sixteen Fortune 500 companies, including Exxon Mobil at #2 on the list.

The Dallas region’s population growth is evident in every direction, including its downtown area. But the city's wealth and people have historically concentrated in the north. Some of the north-side growth has occurred within city limits, as neighborhoods like Uptown and Lower Greenville enjoy denser development. According to the 2013 Census population estimates, two of the nation's 15 fastest-growing cities of 50,000 or more are the northern Dallas suburbs of Frisco and McKinney. Other examples to the north include Plano, Denton, Garland, Carrollton, Richardson, and Allen, all of which have grown by at least 20,000 people since 2000, and many of them by far more.
