The Well is a missional church located in Brighton Michigan. We believe that missional is not a program but rather the result of building a discipling culture within the church. Missional for The Well means that each person who claims to follow Christ is living on mission to make the kingdom of God tangible in all areas of their life. With this in mind, we the leaders of The Well understand that we must maintain a low control and high accountability attitude toward ministry. If we are developing disciples to listen to and follow God's call in their life, it is our job to not control that call but to empower people to following that call.
