Job Requirements
*Proficient in AutoCAD for civil design (AutoCAD 2013 experience a plus)
*Familiar with residential construction techniques and construction documents
*Work from site plans, utility plans, plat maps, architectural plans, etc., to produce drawings in AutoCAD; on multiple projects simultaneously.
*Utilize sketches, notes and other input material to complete drawings with minimal supervision.
*Create and draw lot specific plot plans.
*Maintain established project schedules and deadlines efficiently and accurately.
*Proficient knowledge of office productivity software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; in addition to AutoCAD.
Positive attitude is a must!!
Preferences
Have worked in the residential homebuilding industry; i.e. for a valley home builder, architectural firm, civil engineering firm, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
1 to 3 years of related professional experience – required
Certificate or Associate Degree in Drafting a plus
Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check & drug test
Salary
Starting at $33,000.00 to $38,000.00 per year (DOE)
